Blake Moret
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Blake Moret is Chairman and CEO of Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation. As CEO, Blake is dedicated to delivering the company’s strategy to bring the Connected Enterprise to life. Under his leadership, Rockwell Automation integrates control and information to help make industrial companies and their people more productive and the world more sustainable. Blake is accelerating the Rockwell Automation strategy by focusing on understanding customer needs and their best opportunities for productivity, combining our technology and domain expertise to deliver positive business outcomes, and simplifying our customers’ experience. Key to this strategy is Rockwell’s culture, the foundation for the company’s accelerated profitable growth.

Joining Rockwell Automation in 1985 as a sales trainee, Blake has built his career with the company and has held leadership positions in many areas of the business, including international assignments in Europe and Canada. In his previous role, Blake served as Senior Vice President of Control Products and Solutions, one of the company’s two business segments. Blake became CEO on July 1, 2016 and was elected Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2018. He is passionate about workforce development and creating a diverse worldwide team of employees that can and want to do their best work.

Blake is vice chair for the National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) Board of Directors and Executive Committee and is a member of the Wisconsin Governor's Council on Workforce Investment. He is the co-chair of the World Economic Forum’s Advanced Manufacturing Community of CEOs and is a member of the Business Roundtable. He also serves on the board of the Advanced Regenerative Medicine Institute (ARMI) and the Georgia Tech Advisory Board.

Blake is Chairman of the Rockwell Automation Charitable Corporation and is on the boards of FIRST Robotics, the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha, and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Blake graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He and his wife Cheryl have four children.

Scott Genereux
Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer

Scott Genereux is senior vice president and Chief Revenue Officer at Rockwell Automation. In this position, Scott leads our global go-to-market strategies, including our Sales & Marketing, Enterprise Accounts and Software teams globally. The role of Chief Revenue Officer is designed to help accelerate profitable top-line growth through software, inorganic growth and new revenue streams.

Scott’s leadership and deep domain expertise is instrumental in our ability to bring the Connected Enterprise to life, with a focus on and being the best in the world at adding value for customers right at that convergence of information technology and operational technology, or plant floor knowledge.

Scott spent most of his career leading global sales and marketing teams at major enterprise software companies, including Oracle and, most recently, Veritas, a $2 billion leader in information management. With his tremendous experience leading enterprise software and hardware global sales and marketing teams, Scott helps us build executive relationships with customers as we play a larger role in their enterprise-wide digital transformations.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from California State University, Northridge, and graduated from the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Rebecca House
Senior Vice President, Chief People & Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Rebecca (Becky) House is senior vice president, Chief People and Legal Officer and corporate secretary. Becky is responsible for accelerating the evolution of our culture in addition to leading our talent, legal, ethics and compliance, public affairs, security, and Environmental, Health and Safety teams.

Previously, Becky was Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Harley-Davidson, Inc. During her more than six years at Harley-Davidson, she increased her scope of responsibilities in legal and global business management, including leadership of a cross-functional team that provided counsel for global compliance, ethics, product liability, product integrity, and corporate governance. Prior to Harley-Davidson, Becky was a partner at Foley & Lardner, LLP, a prominent law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, where she spent 12 years.

Becky serves on the boards of directors for Marvell Technology, Inc., FMI Funds, Inc., and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF). She is also a director and former Board President of Sojourner Family Peace Center, the largest provider of domestic violence services in the state of Wisconsin.

Becky graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Bob Buttermore
SENIOR Vice President & CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER

Robert (Bob) Buttermore is senior vice president and Chief Supply Chain Officer for Rockwell Automation. In this global leadership role, Bob heads the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization and is responsible for leading strategy, execution, and development of Logistics & Customer Care, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain Planning, Quality & Supply Chain Strategy, and Strategic Sourcing & Global Workplace Services. 

Previously, Bob was vice president and general manager of the Power Control Business within Rockwell’s Intelligent Devices operating segment, overseeing global operations and developing and implementing strategic direction for the area. In this role, he led Rockwell’s acquisition of CUBIC in 2022. Bob joined Rockwell in 1997 in the Operations Leadership Development Program as an engineer in Cleveland, Ohio. He has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in operations management, sales, and sales management, including as regional vice president, Greater China. 

In addition to his role at Rockwell, Bob serves on the Board of Directors of the La Causa nonprofit organization in Milwaukee. He also supports several Employee Resource Groups as Executive Sponsor of RA Asia Pacific (RAAP), Latinx Professional Network-Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (LPN-SHPE), and Black Executive Leaders (BEL). Bob holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University. 

Matt Fordenwalt
Senior Vice President, LIFECYCLE SERVICES

Matt Fordenwalt is senior vice president, Lifecycle Services. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Lifecycle Services operating segment, one of the three operating segments in Rockwell Automation. Lifecycle Services is a way to deliver domain expertise at all touchpoints of a customer's experience and ensures the positive business outcomes that give Rockwell customers a faster return on their automation investment.

Matt joined Rockwell in 2005 and previously served as vice president and general manager of the Systems and Solutions Business, one of the businesses in Lifecycle Services. He joined the company in a leadership role in the Information Technology organization focused on Global Process Transformation. He also held a business manager role, responsible for starting up the Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) consulting services capabilities in networks, safety, and security. Matt was promoted to senior director, Global Service Delivery in the CSM business, after holding multiple leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility in Connected Services and CSM with profit and loss accountability.

Matt is a member of Rockwell Automation’s Employee Resource Group ROKout. Prior to joining Rockwell, Matt held roles at W.W. Grainger and Accenture, leading business transformation programs across multiple vertical segments. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Frank Kulaszewicz
Senior Vice President

Frank Kulaszewicz is senior vice president for Rockwell Automation.

Frank previously served as senior vice president, Lifecycle Services, one of three Rockwell reporting segments and a leading provider of a broad portfolio of professional services to thousands of customers in hundreds of industries. Frank announced his decision to retire in calendar year 2024 and is assisting with the Lifecycle Services leadership transition.

Frank has over 35 years of experience at Rockwell, holding several key leadership positions in the company’s Control Products & Solutions and Architecture & Software operating segments, as well as other leadership roles.

In addition to his role at Rockwell, Frank serves as the Board Chair of the Industry Data Exchange Association, Inc. (IDEA), founded in 1998 by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) and the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NEAD). He also is a member of the NEMA Board of Governors and serves on the NEMA Executive Committee.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Marquette University, both in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Frank is based in Milwaukee at Rockwell Automation’s global headquarters.

Veena Lakkundi
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development

Veena Lakkundi is Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development. In this role, she works with the senior leadership team to define Rockwell’s strategic vision and inorganic growth plans. Veena leads the Strategy and Corporate Development teams and oversees all integrated strategic planning and inorganic development activities across the company, including our business strategy review to execution processes, and our mergers and acquisitions and venture investment processes.

Veena has a track record of building world-class global teams and profitable businesses while delivering great outcomes for industrial manufacturing customers. She joined Rockwell following a 28-year career with 3M, where she most recently was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and Interim Leader of Technology, Transformation and Services. During her time with 3M, she led global industrial businesses and held various roles in Asia business leadership, Ai, research and development, and sales and marketing.

She is a board director and member of the audit and nominating and governance committees for Trinity Industries (NYSE:TRN) and Claroty, which empowers organizations to secure cyber-physical systems across industrial (OT), healthcare (IoMT), and enterprise (IoT) environments.  At Rockwell, she serves on the Rockwell Automation Charitable Corporation Board (RACC). Veena is an executive sponsor for Employee Resource Groups: Cultures Connected and Rockwell Automation Asia Pacific (RAAP), Cleveland Chapter. She is also a Lean In Circle facilitator. She previously served on the board of the 3M Foundation.

Veena received bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.

Tessa Myers
Senior Vice President, Intelligent Devices

Tessa Myers is senior vice president, Intelligent Devices. She is responsible for leading strategy, people and talent development, and the worldwide growth of the operating segment, which includes drives, motion, safety, sensing, industrial components, and configured-to-order products that are the foundation of smart production systems.

Since joining Rockwell in 1999, she has built broad global industry expertise with significant leadership roles in sales, channel and partner management and business unit and product development across hardware and software, working in the U.S., Canada and Singapore.

In addition to her role at Rockwell, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Badger Meter, Inc. Tessa has a passion for developing talent and culture. She is the executive sponsor for the ADVANCE Young Professionals employee resource group within Rockwell Automation. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Discovery World and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Research Foundation supporting their missions to inspire and develop the next generation of innovators.

Tessa holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Chris Nardecchia
Senior Vice President, Information Technology & Chief Information Officer

Chris Nardecchia is senior vice president, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Rockwell Automation. He is responsible for strategic vision, operational excellence and change leadership for the development and implementation of information technology initiatives and architecture across our company. Chris drives our corporate information technology strategy and internal transformation, creating digital solutions that enhance our Rockwell Automation capabilities internally and externally.

Previously, Chris was vice president and CIO, Global Operations and Supply Chain, at Amgen, Inc. With over 30 years of professional experience, he also held leadership roles at Pfizer and Warner Lambert, which was acquired by Pfizer. At these companies he led IT-enabled business and digital strategy and accelerated growth through technology and data analytics. He drove business innovations that improved profitability, globalization, restructuring and mergers. He has an extensive background with portfolio management, engineering, operations, mergers and acquisitions, IT risk management, analytics and using technology to drive business insights. He was also the Rockwell Automation executive sponsor at Amgen. Earlier in his career, Chris also held process, and production engineering roles in the pharmaceutical, chemical and nuclear industries.

Chris is the Executive Sponsor for Rockwell Automation’s Latin Professional Network and serves on several technology advisory boards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo, and an MBA from Michigan State.

Cyril Perducat
Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Cyril Perducat is senior vice president and Chief Technology Officer. Cyril and his team of technologists are focused on growing Rockwell’s already broad technology offering and expanding what is possible in the industrial automation space. He is responsible for charting the company’s technology roadmap, our reusable intellectual property library, and research related to core technology.

Throughout his career, Cyril has focused on developing innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing technologies. He has an extensive background as a technology strategist, particularly in systems, software, networks, and solutions businesses.

Cyril joined Rockwell following a 25-year career with Schneider Electric, where he most recently served as executive vice president, Internet of Things and Digital Offers. He has a passion for innovating and building teams, and a drive for implementing successful outcomes based in effective change management.

Cyril holds a master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM Paritech) and a Master Degree in international project management from ESCP Europe Business School.

Matheus Bulho
Senior Vice President, Software & Control

Matheus Bulho is senior vice president, Software & Control. Matheus leads strategy, people and talent development, and the worldwide growth of the operating segment which includes control and visualization software and hardware, information software, and network and security infrastructure.

Matheus’ background includes a broad set of experiences. He served in various business management, technical and sales functions across multiple businesses and regions. He brings a proven track record of developing strong leaders, driving operational excellence, and delivering differentiated offerings and profitable growth for the company. He is an expert on our technology and knows our culture and our customers.

Matheus holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from UNESP Brazil.

Gina Ayala Claxton
President, Americas

Gina Ayala Claxton is president, Americas, at Rockwell Automation. Gina leads our customer-facing team, overseeing sales and marketing across the Americas, and driving market share in Canada, Latin America, and U.S.

Prior to joining Rockwell in 2022, Gina enjoyed a successful 20-year career at IBM in a variety of go-to-market segments, industries, and offerings. She most recently served as the IBM general manager for the Consumer & Travel industries and was also a member of the IBM CEO’s transformation team.

As a Latina in tech, Gina is passionate about inclusion, mentorship, and representation and serves to foster a culture where individuals believe they belong and can thrive. In her personal life, Gina serves as board president for Canal Alliance, a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit focused on economic equity through education and career advancement programs for the Latinx immigrant community.

Gina attended the University of Notre Dame, where she majored in computer applications and Spanish literature. She also completed a finance and accounting concentration at The Wharton School.

Susana Gonzalez
President, Europe, Middle East & Africa

Susana Gonzalez is President, Europe, Middle East and Africa region at Rockwell Automation. Her mission is to drive results for our customers, helping them to connect, transform and grow in a pivotal era where the worlds of industry and digital technology converge.

Susana joined Rockwell in 2017 as sub-regional vice president of sales and assumed her current role in 2019. For the past 20 years, she has helped industrial organizations transform their manufacturing operations and realize their ambitions for a connected and productive future. Working in large, global businesses across a range of regions, sectors, and roles, she has gained the broadest perspective possible on where today’s manufacturers want to be and what’s holding them back.

Susana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Asturias Business School and San Francisco University and a M. Sc. in business administration from San Francisco State University.

Scott Wooldridge
President, Asia Pacific

Scott Wooldridge is president for Asia Pacific. Scott leads the execution of the company's strategy to bring the Connected Enterprise to life, combining our technology and domain expertise to deliver positive business outcomes for our customers. Scott works with his regional leadership team to implement the Asia Pacific growth initiatives and organizational development plans to meet our long-term objectives.

Scott is an experienced executive with a proven track record and passion for developing strategies that drive execution and foster partnerships and collaboration. He joined Rockwell Automation in 2017 as regional director, South Pacific. Before he assumed the president role, he was vice president, Pacific Rim for Asia Pacific.

Scott started his career with Furnace Engineering before joining Citect in project management. Throughout his career at Citect, Scott held a variety of roles including vice president of Professional Services in Chicago, Illinois and vice president of Sales in Atlanta, Georgia. He then returned to Australia as managing director for Citect. After Citect was acquired by Schneider Electric, Scott served as vice president of the Industry Business. Scott then moved to Energy Action as Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Rockwell Automation he was a board member with the Energy Efficiency Council in Australia.

Scott holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering from the University of Tasmania in Australia and an MBA from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom.

Christian Rothe
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Christian Rothe is senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Rockwell Automation. In this global leadership role, Christian leads all aspects of financial management for the company. In addition to acting as trusted advisors to business partners, Christian and his team are responsible for accurate financial statements and effective internal controls, efficient transaction processing, compliance with global tax laws, ensuring proper financial liquidity and insurance coverage, financial planning and analysis, and relationships with banks, rating agencies, and our shareowners.

Prior to joining Rockwell, Christian served as president of the Worldwide Industrial and Global Applied Fluid Technologies divisions at Graco Inc. Before leading all aspects of these two global business divisions, he was CFO and treasurer. Earlier in his career, Christian served in finance leadership roles at Gardner Denver, Inc. and in various business development, finance, and accounting roles.

In addition to his role at Rockwell, Christian is active with the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.

Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
